Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015, UK consumers are entitled to cancel and return orders within 14 calendar days of physical receipt.
To be eligible for a full refund, returned graded cards must be in their original, untampered condition with all security holographic labels intact. Slabs showing physical cracks, tampering, or case alterations will not be refunded.
Refunds are issued within 2 business days of receipt at our Hemel Hempstead vault facility, credited back to the original method of payment (Stripe / Bank Wire / Barclays clearing).
